Live Event
I have been commissioned to work with many artists over the years, working in festivals, rehearsal spaces and many small name venues. I find a lot of enjoyment from capturing this style of photography as i have the opportunity to capture artist enjoyments of performing.
Nature
From living in mostly rural areas all of my life, I have always had the opportunity to access the outdoors and interesting scenery. Not only this, I believe that the best way to get to know your surroundings, where ever you live, is to fully immerse your self in its nature. Noticing the native wildlife it homes.
I use a Nikon DX, AF-S Nikkor 55-300mm 1:4.5-5.6 wildlife lens on a Nikon D3300 body when shooting this style.
Travel
Similarly to my nature photography, I find that the best way to explore is to capture your surroundings. With this I have been able to keep lasting memories of my travels, that will last longer than my mind. I find absorbing myself in the culture in this way exciting, something that I can hopefully share with others.
As I love to travel and experience the new, I can combine my two largest passions while creating something new and visually interesting.
